Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading residential developer to recruit a Customer Care Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing customer care team, leading the customer journey from exchange of contracts through to completion, handover, and aftercare while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with internal departments including Sales, Construction, Property Management, Concierge, and Aftercare, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a seamless, professional service throughout their home-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and provide a professional, responsive service.
- Log and coordinate defects, repairs and aftercare requests through to completion.
- Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Arrange inspections and appointments and keep customers updated.
- Complete accurate data entry and maintain customer records using Salesforce and Excel.
- Assist with complaints and escalations where required.
- Support the wider Customer Care team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or administration, ideally within property or construction.
- Experience using Salesforce and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident liaising with customers, contractors and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Professional, friendly and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience handling customer complaints or aftercare queries is desirable.
