Your new role:
- Lead the assessment of the current PM/PMO operating model, design a future-state Target Operating Model, and develop a practical implementation roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing PM and PMO activities, roles, capabilities and capacity.
- Identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation and improved assurance.
- Defining organisational design principles and future-state structures.
- Working closely with HR and senior stakeholders across change functions.
