A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced organisational design consultant to support the transformation of its enterprise change and PMO function. You'll play a key role in shaping how project delivery capabilities are structured and governed across a complex business environment.

Your new role:

  • Lead the assessment of the current PM/PMO operating model, design a future-state Target Operating Model, and develop a practical implementation roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing PM and PMO activities, roles, capabilities and capacity.
  • Identifying opportunities for standardisation, automation and improved assurance.
  • Defining organisational design principles and future-state structures.
