We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead of Paediatric Physiotherapy to provide strategic, professional and operational leadership for our hospital-based paediatric physiotherapy services at Evelina Children's Hospital.
Leading a highly skilled physiotherapy workforce, you will drive excellence across inpatient, outpatient and specialist services. As Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, you will provide strategic, operational and professional leadership for paediatric physiotherapy services across Evelina London Children's Hospital. Leading a large and diverse team of physiotherapists, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care while driving service improvement, innovation and transformation.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, senior leaders and professional networks to shape and develop services that meet the needs of children, young people and their families. The role includes leadership of workforce development, clinical governance, quality improvement, education and research activity, alongside maintaining expert clinical practice within your specialist area.
You will play a key role in delivering major service developments, supporting integrated models of care, influencing professional practice locally and nationally, and creating an environment where staff can thrive, develop and deliver excellent outcomes for patients.
