Through our two primary hospital sites – St George’s Hospital in Tooting and Queen Mary’s Hospital in Roehampton – we provide essential healthcare services to a population of 1.3 million people.

The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of developmental support and programmes for care support workers within the Trust. A key responsibility will be to co-ordinate and deliver with departmental colleagues the Care Certificate induction, ensuring delivery of theory and clinical skills based on evidence-based practice.

The post holder will work collaboratively with other clinical training leads within the Trust in the formulation of programmes to develop healthcare support workers to include those who support nursing, midwifery and allied health professionals. The post holder will regularly work clinically with CSWs enabling their support and maintenance of clinical skills.
