  • Position: Specialist Chef (South Indian)
  • Accountable to the Director
  • Prepare and bake traditional South Indian style bread
  • and pancake items such as Malabar Porotta, varieties
  • Dosas and Idilys, Appam, Puttu, Idiappam, Chapathis,
  • Poori, etc. Manage inventory relating to bread and
  • pancake items and place orders with suppliers. Assist
  • the main Chef when needed. Maintain high standards
  • of Customer service. Strictly follow health safety and
  • hygiene regulations. Attend related training and workshops and obtain accreditation.
  • To perform other related duties as required.
  • Language requirement: English and South Indian
  • Salary offered: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on the level of experience.
