We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House and Box Office teams!
Front of House Assistants
As a Front of House Assistant, you'll be an ambassador for the Unicorn, delivering warm, memorable service that complements the exceptional work happening on our stages. Whether welcoming families into the building, supporting school groups, assisting visitors with access requirements, selling merchandise or refreshments, or helping audiences find their way, you'll take pride in creating experiences that go above and beyond expectations. Because the Unicorn is a theatre for children and young people, you'll play an important role in creating an environment where children, families and schools feel safe, supported and valued. Full training will be provided in customer service, sales, safeguarding, accessibility, security and emergency procedures.
Box Office Assistants
As a Box Office Assistant, you’ll take ticket bookings by phone and in person, acting as the first point of contact for audience queries. You’ll sell refreshments and merchandise at the Tuck Shop (located at the Box Office) before, during, and after performances, promoting and upselling our shows, events, and products. You will be someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, with impeccable interpersonal skills and who loves to work as part of a team to support audience growth and income.

START DATE September 2026
