The Car Rental Agent will be the first point of contact for visitors, drivers, and partners at Fleeto.

This role combines traditional front of house responsibilities with hands‑on involvement in vehicle handovers, including check‑in and check‑out inspections.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House & Reception

  • Welcome visitors, drivers, and customers, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and queries in a timely and polite manner.
  • Manage reception area to ensure it is tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times.
  • Support customer service queries and ***escalate*** issues where required.

Vehicle Check-In / Check-Out Duties

• Carry out vehicle handovers with drivers, including

  • Conducting thorough pre- and post-rental vehicle inspections (inside and out).
  • Recording vehicle condition accurately with photos and checklists.
  • Explaining vehicle features and rental terms to customers.
  • Collecting keys, documents, and ensuring correct sign-off.
  • Report any damages, defects, or missing items promptly to the Operations team.
  • Update booking system with inspection results and status of vehicles.
  • Support the fleet team in coordinating vehicle availability.
