The Loughborough University IT Services team is seeking a full-time AV Technical Support Officer to support teaching, research and event spaces across the East Midlands campus.

You will ensure AV and IT systems deliver a high-quality experience for staff, students and visitors.

Working within a dedicated technical team, you will respond to support requests, diagnose faults, install and commission AV equipment, perform planned maintenance and assist with projects to introduce new technologies.
