Our client, a reputable family-run main dealer in the Heathrow area, is seeking a skilled Automotive Claims Processor to join their team. Duties of the Automotive Claims Processor:

  • Process daily manufacturer invoices and claims with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Review and reconcile weekly statements, querying overdue claims or discrepancies
  • Prepare and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Ensure all claim documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Liaise with the accounts team to resolve invoice and claim queries
  • Ensure repair order documentation is correctly completed
  • Manage customer reimbursements and policy claims efficiently
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of manufacturer procedures and policies

Requirements of the Automotive Claims Processor:

  • Proven experience within automotive invoicing, claims processing, or a related role
  • Kerridge DMS experience is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Motivated to enhance sector knowledge and professional development
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Automotive warranty or service advisor background considered beneficial
