We’re looking for a skilled and motivated professional to take on a pivotal leadership role at the heart of inclusive education in Enfield. As Attendance and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will provide both operational and strategic leadership for the borough’s Inclusion Panel, acting with delegated authority on behalf of the Local Authority. You’ll ensure that decisions relating to children and young people facing significant barriers to education are consistent, legally robust, and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes. Leading the single, borough-wide Inclusion Panel, you will coordinate multi-agency responses, commission and broker alternative provision, and champion early intervention and inclusive practice. Your work will play a critical role in reducing exclusions, tackling persistent absence, and supporting children missing education. Operating within the statutory framework of the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026, you will ensure compliance while driving innovation and improvement in practice. If you are passionate about inclusion and ready to influence system-wide change, we would love to hear from you.

If you value these behaviours too, we’d love to hear from you - and of course we are always happy to talk flexible working.
