A Vacancy at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. UCLH are seeking an outstanding leader for the largest Division in UCLH, which incorporates the UK's largest neuroscience centre and one of the largest neuroscience centres in the world. We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and driven candidate to deliver upon the many opportunities this role as Assistant Divisional Manager presents.
As Assistant Divisional Manager, Queen Square, this role acts as the senior operational contact for the major programmes and projects across commercial, planning and performance and partnerships across Queen Square Division. Predominantly this role will be responsible for coordinating the operational aspects across these programmes of work, working alongside clinical and non-clinical team members to successfully manage continued improvement and leverage deliverables for patients treated at Queen Square.
The role will work with stakeholders across the Division as well as external stakeholders such as UCL, charity partners (such as the National Brain Appeal and UCLH Charity), contractors, volunteers and local authorities. The role works to support delivery through the current operational teams and lead divisional oversight on hospital wide programmes of work.
The postholder will also support a variety of smaller projects within the Division, aligned with the recently refreshed Queen Square strategy, working alongside the Divisional Manager and the leadership team to provide senior operational input to ensure smooth and time-efficient delivery of these projects.
