Locum Consultant Cardiologist (Heart Failure and Complex Devices)
The appointed consultant will join two existing heart failure and device specialists, working closely with the echocardiography and clinical measurement teams.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering and expanding specialistheart failure and complex device services, including device implantation and followup.
Developing a robustgeneral cardiology practicealongside subspecialty commitments.
Contributing to the growth of advanced imaging services in line with NICE CG95 (if relevant to the candidates skillset).
Participating in a1:6 / 1:10 general cardiology oncall rota, covering CCU and cardiology wards across sites.
No general internal medicine commitment.
Supporting education, training, and research within the department.
