We are looking for a full time Administration Assistant for a temporary period. Your role will involve:

  • Checking and preparing adverts for recruitment
  • Processing new starts and contractual changes on our new HR & Payroll System - Itrent
  • Producing documentation for our employees
  • Occupational Health administration
  • Processing invoices
  • Note taking
