Finishing Foreman to join a well-established national house builder on a new build residential development in Newport .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced
Finishing Foreman, Finishing Manager, or Assistant Site Manager to oversee the final stages of a high-quality housing development, ensuring plots are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards ready for customer handover.

- Key Duties
- Manage all finishing trades across occupied and completed plots.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed in line with the programme.
- Carry out quality inspections and maintain high finishing standards.
- Manage snagging and de-snagging works through to final handover.
- Liaise with the Site Manager, Customer Care team, and subcontractors to resolve outstanding issues.
- Ensure plots are completed in accordance with
NHBC standards and company quality expectations.
- Monitor progress and report on plot completions.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a
Finishing Foreman, Finishing Manager, Assistant Site Manager, or Site Manager within new build housing developments.
- Proven track record delivering high-quality plot finishes and customer handovers.
- Strong knowledge of
NHBC standards and residential quality requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Valid
SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid at Work certificate .
