We presently have an exciting opportunity within our Strategic Property Department for an Apprentice Property Administrator. Our Strategic Property Team are essential to keeping Powys Corporate buildings open and safe to deliver services to the residents of Powys. The Strategic Property portfolio covers a wide range of buildings, such as workshops, schools, depots and libraries to name just a few. We are continually improving the way in which we work to ensure that the buildings we manage are maintained to a high standard.
