We are currently looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Cygnet Clynsaer, a specialist residential service set in the beautiful Welsh countryside near Llandovery, Carmarthenshire.

Please note: due to current sponsorship allocation limitations, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

New starter bonus: £1,000 payable upon successful completion of probation.

Current employees can also receive a £500 refer-a-friend bonus when their referral successfully passes probation.

Rate of Pay: £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 after 3 months.

About the Role

This is a full-time Support Worker position working within a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week service.

You will work day shifts from 8:00am to 9:00pm, typically three shifts per week, including some weekend working.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping the people we support achieve their goals and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

  • Providing compassionate, person-centred support while promoting dignity, choice and respect
  • Supporting individuals with personal care and daily living activities
  • Assisting with meal preparation and encouraging healthy lifestyles
