Warehouse Operative - Stock Auditor to join a busy distribution centre in Livingston.

The Role
This is a hands-on warehouse auditing position where you'll play an important role in maintaining stock accuracy across the distribution centre.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll carry out physical stock checks, identify discrepancies and ensure goods are accurately recorded before leaving the depot.
Your work will directly support the efficiency of the supply chain, helping ensure products reach stores accurately and on time.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out physical audits of pallets, cages and trailer loads
- Checking outbound loads against delivery paperwork
- Verifying inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies
- Recording audit results accurately using company systems
- Escalating stock errors promptly and professionally
- Working towards daily productivity and quality targets
- Supporting continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues
- Following Health & Safety procedures and warehouse best practice at all times
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, accurate and enjoys working in a structured environment.
Ideally you'll have experience in
- Warehouse operations
- Stock control
- Goods In or Goods Out
- Picking and packing
- Inventory or stock auditing
You’ll also need
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numerical skills and confidence with basic calculations
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- To be aged 18 or over
Previous warehouse auditing experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

- 40 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7
