Customer Coordinator

This isn't a call centre and it isn't a sales role.

You'll become the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial customers, making sure maintenance requests are managed from start to finish.

One minute you'll be speaking with a customer, the next you'll be arranging engineers, updating clients, coordinating subcontractors or making sure urgent jobs are completed within agreed timescales.

No two days are the same.
