To work within the Accident and Emergency department, ordering and receiving stock that arrive from the stores as well as receipting on to a computer system and answering queries from suppliers and end users across the trust.

Ensuring any estates and facilities jobs are logged and carried out in the department, ensuring the department is stocked appropriately, that all stock is in date and stock rotation is maintained.

Supporting the team to maintain a functioning department.

To assist with the receiving of deliveries, stocking areas, ordering and replenishing stock.

To ensure any estates and facility issues within the department are actioned and monitor progress to ensure all stock rooms are clean, labelled and stock rotation is complete.

Offloading and receipting of goods.

To liaise with staff, Finance Department and/or suppliers regarding deliveries and orders.

Monitoring of equipment and general maintenance of the department ensuring any issues are logged and progress monitored.

Ensure areas are stocked appropriately and adequately.
