The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will:
- Manage and develop a warm desk in the trades & labour sector, placing skilled workers across a variety of construction projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Drive business development to expand our client base across Liverpool and surrounding areas
- Lead by example, supporting junior team members when needed
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards and recruitment best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in trades & labour recruitment (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of the local construction market
- Strong business development skills with a track record of billing success
- Confident, self-motivated, and highly organised
- A team player who thrives in a busy, target-driven environment
