Search Recruitment Group, one of the UK’s leading recruitment agencies, is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established Liverpool office, specialising in permanent Manufacturing and Engineering roles across the North West. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing relationships with Manufacturing and Engineering clients across the North West
- Growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities
- Managing the recruitment from qualifying new clients through to offer and placements
- Becoming a recognised specialist within your market
- Negotiating fees and terms of business to maximise commercial performance
- Building a pipeline of high-quality candidates and future opportunities
Who Are We Looking For:
- Previous experience working within a 360 recruitment role
- Strong business development and management skills
- A proactive and commercially driven approach
- The ability to grow and build a desk
- Experience in billing and developing client relationships
