We are seeking a dedicated Manager for our Allerton Road shop. This position will be to oversee daily operations within our busy hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team members, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills within a dynamic setting, requiring a proactive approach to team management and operational efficiency. The ideal applicant will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and supervising within a restaurant or hospitality context. Flexibility is essential. Pay will increase once fully trained.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate the activities of team members, ensuring smooth operation of the establishment.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the kitchen and service.
- Assist with food production tasks as needed, supporting the team in delivering timely service.
- Manage customer interactions professionally, resolving any issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards.
- Support team members with training and guidance on operational procedures, including serving protocols and hospitality best practices.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure consistent availability of ingredients and supplies.
- Uphold health and safety policies, conducting regular checks to maintain a safe working environment.
