The role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team, working with our prestigious clients.

All shifts start and end at Liverpool Central Station (L1 1JT)
This is a full-time role averaging approximately 40 hours per week, based on a rotating schedule.
Our operations run 7 days a week, with shifts starting as early as 08:15 AM and finishing as late as midnight (00:00), including weekends
Shifts could include but not limited to: Monday-Saturday could include 08:15-16:15 or 15:00-00:00 and on Sundays will include 12:00-23:00
Please ensure you are able to travel to and from the site during these hours.
- Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:
- Ensure colleague safety, providing a sense of assurance for all
- Provide a smart, visible, proactive, and engaging security presence and deterrent
- To comply with and enforce all Byelaw Enforcement & Penalty Fare Initiatives in accordance with directives
- to respond, manage and contain all security incidents in accordance with company expectations & standards
- Effective conflict management, always taking control of incidents
- Control access and egress, conducting security patrols to deter crime
- Able to proactively and professionally engage with the public
- Be aware of hazards and incidents, and responding appropriately
- Providing guidance, information and directing customers as a first point of contact
- Managing and following safety and security processes and procedures
- Working as part of a team, building strong working relationship

- At least 18 years old
- SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence
- 5 years checkable work and address history
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and always professional
- Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
- Ideally some experience within a Security environment or a customer facing role
- Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
- Some experience working within a Security environment and working as part of a team
- Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes.
This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate or a valid share code.
