Reports to: Programme Manager
Contract type: Fixed term until 30th September 2027
Hours: 5 days per week (37.5 Hours) Worked between Monday- Friday
Location: Contractually based from our Liverpool office, with some flexibility to work from home, subject to business requirements and line manager approval. Regular travel to programmes in the Liverpool region with special focus on Halton and Knowsley areas and occasional travel to other areas, as required.
Key Objectives of the Job
- Supporting high-quality programme discovery / delivery
- Collaborate with the relevant Programme Manager and Director to:
- Maintain programme delivery plans, ensuring they remain aligned with team priorities and organisational objectives. Monitor progress, update plans as required, and proactively identify and resolve delivery challenges.
- Coordinate day-to-day programme administration, ensuring records are accurate and up to date, and process purchase orders, payments, and invoices as required to support programme delivery.
- Compile and quality assure internal and external reports, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and presented to a high standard.
- Robust Programme Administration
- Email and diary management, scheduling of meetings, booking travel, accommodation.
- Data management including; data input, tracking and ensuring programme data is accurate and up to date.
- Attend school, community and partner meetings to provide administrative support as and when required.
- Team coordination including scheduling meetings and maintaining action log and being the first point of contact when core team members are unavailable.
- External Communications for Programmes & Event Coordination
- In collaboration with the team and external partners, plan a comprehensive calendar of key milestones, events, and learning opportunities throughout the year, including some evening and weekend events.
- Support Communications Team by providing information on Halton and Knowsley programmes to ensure current information on website and social media.
- Support the organisation in annual learning and celebration events for programmes.
- Contribute to ensuring that the internal communications across programmes within the organisation is effective.
- Acting as a conduit between the delivery/non-delivery team to identify and maximise opportunities to share positive stories about RTS work.

Travel
This role will require significant local travel between schools and other agencies within Liverpool City Region areas depending on the successful candidate, and occasional travel to Right to Succeed offices. It is essential that the post-holder has access to a car or excellent transport systems in order to travel efficiently between locations.
