We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of Home Care Assistant to join our amazing team here at Radfield Home Care Liverpool North & Sefton.
We're currently looking for people to work specifically evenings only 4pm - 11pm. With the option of long days at the weekends.
Pay: We pay excellent hourly rates of between £13.50 and £14.00 per hour PLUS we also pay time and a half on all bank holidays.
Due to the nature of the role, our Clients are currently asking for female staff only.
Please note: All of our carers need access to their own car and business car insurance
We have excellent working hours which are

- Companionship – We all appreciate a sit down with a cup of tea after a long day.
Make time to sit down with your client & listen to stories about their day or plans for the rest of the week.
- Accompaniment – Although taking the client out on an evening is unlikely, just you being there & on hand for them can make all the difference.
- Meal preparation – We all love & appreciate a home cooked meal, a warming dinner in these winter months could be what they look forward to the most.
- Light housekeeping - "Tidy house, tidy mind' helping your clients 'house' remain a 'home'
- Personal Care - Ensuring your clients are safe & happy ready for a good night’s sleep.
- Willing to be a team player.
- Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients.
- Your own car and to have business insurance.
- Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
