We're looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team based at Stonebridge Park. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or aspiring Quantity Surveyor to develop their career within a supportive environment, gaining hands-on experience across contract administration, commercial management, tendering, estimating and site surveying activities. You'll work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider operational teams, supporting the delivery of high-quality commercial services while developing your technical and professional knowledge.

What we\'re looking for

  • Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Management or Construction.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • An understanding of site health and safety requirements.
  • A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to manage a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently whilst also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.

  • Full UK or EU driving licence.
