The role covers ambulatory frailty assessment and a 7-day service from 07:30 to 20:00, with direct conveyance from community and A&E.
The successful candidate will rotate to a 12-bed in-patient frailty assessment unit, a 72-hour stay unit providing comprehensive geriatric care to older adults.
