This is a hands-on role where you will take clear ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of a large and diverse housing portfolio. You will have direct responsibility for ensuring properties are well maintained, safe and ready for occupation, while playing a key role in improving performance and driving higher standards across the service.
You will be part of a team that is focusing on a more planned, accountable and data-driven approach. This gives you the opportunity to shape how facilities management operates, influence service improvements and take pride in delivering visible, measurable outcomes.
You’ll lead on reducing lost revenue from maintenance voids, ensuring improved turnaround times and void management performance. You’ll manage repairs scheduling, allocation, prioritisation, and tracking – including oversight of contractors’ compliance, accountability, performance and value for money.
