The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

You’ll lead by example, support and mentor colleagues, and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
  • Experience working within an Early Years setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
  • A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
