We're looking for fully experienced bartenders, including cocktail trained staff who know their way around a shaker.

Our cocktail menu is carefully selected and made using fresh ingredients, so quality, consistency and presentation matter to us.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll need solid bar experience, confidence working in a busy late-night environment, great customer service and a personality that fits the venue.

Cocktail experience is a big plus, particularly if you're comfortable working with fresh ingredients and making drinks properly, shortcuts aren't really our thing.

A QUICK NOTE ABOUT HOURS

We want to be upfront. Roles will initially be zero hours and regular shifts will not be available immediately.

We're recruiting ahead of the expansion of Freeze so we can get the right people trained, settled in and ready to go.

As the venue grows, there could be opportunities to move onto regular contracted hours.

If you're looking to get in early, grow with the venue and casually tell people "Todd Terry is my boss", we'd like to hear from you.
