  • What You’ll Do
  • Lead pre‑construction strategy and develop client briefs
  • Oversee design assurance, CDM compliance and risk management
  • Influence a wide range of infrastructure projects including accommodation, dining facilities, urban training environments and digital training systems
  • Support major M&E upgrades aligned to net‑zero objectives
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Strong construction project management background
  • Knowledge of CDM, COSHH, LOLER and PUWER
  • PRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ (or similar)
  • HND+ in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Additional technical or project management qualifications
  • Experience within defence, estates or regulated environments
