We are looking for a caring, dedicated and motivated individual who can support the full-time Chef to deliver the catering service for our residents that live in our high-quality home set in beautiful grounds.

We offer the following services for our residents:

  • Breakfast, lunch and supper service
  • Individual catering packages for residents

Experience working in a catering/hospitality setting is essential to this role, as well as having a passion for producing quality food. If you hold a current basic food hygiene certificate, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. The successful candidate will also need to hold an NVQ Level 2 in catering (or equivalent).

We are looking for someone who is conscientious, empathetic and hard-working who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service. Given the environment you will be working in, you must be able to demonstrate effective communication, strong team working, organisational, interpersonal skills and maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times.

You will be expected to promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards our residents, suppliers and colleagues.

We can offer you regular training and development and support for gaining recognised qualifications, meals whilst on shift, a company pension plan, a comprehensive benefit package including shopping discounts, well-being support, on-demand private GP service, counselling support and lots more.

31.5 hours per week on a rota system. Every other weekend off. Free meals whilst on shift. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
