TrustFord is looking for an experienced, data-driven individual with exceptional project management skills to support the Product Manager in maximising the potential of our website and mobile properties. The role is responsible for the development and delivery of agreed product initiatives as defined within the product roadmap, including responsibility for analytics, reporting, usability, design and navigation. You'll have understanding of SEO and the key principles of how to improve organic rankings. You'll have stakeholder management skills and have the ability to work professionally and creatively within a very busy team, some of whom will frequently be working remotely. The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-moving environment and handle swift context changes and multiple simultaneous projects.

This role is a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract. This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full time, you will then move on to hybrid working from month 4).

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy. This is at a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
