Main Duties include

Telephony & Processing Role.

Answer Finance Support incoming calls between 9am - 4pm.

Answer enquiries, take customers through queries and online claim forms via NI Direct.

Use IT systems, guidance and lesligation to complete end to end claims process and make accurate decisions.

Take customers through claim forms on NI Direct as required.

Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating professionalism and showing courtesy to callers.

Escalate calls from vulnerable callers and appointees/representatives per guidance.

Escalate complaints per guidance.

Take appropriate action on Unacceptable Customer Behaviour.

Demonstrate flexibility, meeting customer demand in a fast paced environment.

Initial training office based with the potential to work from home following successful completion of training.

Essential Criteria applicants must have

  • ( Proof of certs required )
  • five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative.
