Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a production team to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure products are packed efficiently and meet customer quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Train, coach and develop team members.
- Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Production teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high operational standards.
- Complete production records and ensure accurate data entry.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a production, warehouse or packhouse environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Right to Work in the UK.
