  • Monitor and maintain linen stock levels across hospital departments.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and place daily/ad-hoc orders with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery and collection of linen.
  • Linen Distribution
  • Deliver clean linen and collect soiled linen according to schedule.
  • Respond to urgent linen requests to support clinical operations.
  • Operational Coordination
  • Liaise with linen suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and collections.
  • Quality and Compliance
  • Inspect linen for cleanliness and quality.
  • Handle soiled/infected linen in line with infection control protocols.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain logs and reports on linen usage and supplier performance.
  • Support audits and service improvement initiatives.
  • Customer Service
  • Act as the first point of contact for linen-related queries.
  • Communicate delays or issues professionally and promptly.

Physical Requirements

  • Move and handle linen cages regularly.
