About the role
As a Senior HR Advisor you will join a team of supportive and skilled HR professionals delivering HR advisory services across Lincolnshire County Council including our maintained schools. This is an integral role within our HR family, working in partnership with managers/headteachers across the organisation and HR colleagues.
You will manage a complex employee relations caseload and provide a generic and agile HR advisory service to a diverse range of service areas. Although this will be your day‑to‑day role, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in key projects, working with colleagues across the Council, developing skills whilst working to deliver our People Strategy. There may also be opportunities to be involved in strategic and operational issues related to Local Government Reorganisation.
The role enjoys hybrid working with the expectation to attend the Lincoln work base at least once a week and you will need the ability to travel across the county when needed.
What we offer
Our environment is supportive and we are ambitious for both the people who work here and the residents of the county. In addition to a competitive salary, you can enjoy a flexible working pattern, generous annual leave and pension scheme and exciting training and development opportunities.
For further information on all our benefits please see our brochure attached.
