Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School is a welcoming and caring small school where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to flourish. We are seeking an inspirational and dedicated Headteacher to build on our strengths and lead the next phase of our journey from January 2027.
As Headteacher, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, working in partnership with staff, families, governors, and the Trust to ensure the highest standards of education and care. This collaborative approach provides opportunities for shared expertise, professional development, curriculum innovation, and strong leadership support.
We are looking for a leader with vision, integrity, and a passion for developing children academically, socially, and spiritually. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a friendly and ambitious Church school where strong community relationships, outdoor learning, and collaboration are at the heart of what we do.
Would you like to be part of a Church School team who aim to inspire and encourage our children to believe in their ability to succeed through learning? Inspired by God the Trinity and St Julian of Norwich, we have a vision to be an aspirational school that honours and celebrates each person. We work together to deliver excellence in learning so that our interests and talents can be nurtured for the benefit of the whole community. We are knit together by our shared values and we are rooted in hope for the future.
At Holy Trinity we provide a positive, caring Christian environment where everyone feels valued and safe, enabling children to reach their full potential. We highly value the partnership between home and school. The school cannot work in isolation. The partnership between school staff, parents, governors, and other stakeholders is an essential one. Our vision and values are at the core of everything we do. They underpin our teaching and learning and provide an environment which prepares our pupils as confident, happy citizens. We believe that children learn from relationships, everyday classroom interaction and from examples set by our staff. All our staff promote core values of, Friendship, Honesty, Forgiveness, Respect, Thankfulness & Responsibility.
