We are seeking a Delegate Welfare Advisor to support and promote the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of delegates participating in Learning & Development programmes. Acting as a trusted and confidential point of contact, you will help create a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe learning environment where delegates feel supported and able to fully engage in their development.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing proactive welfare, wellbeing, and safeguarding support before, during, and after learning activities.
  • Acting as the primary contact for delegate welfare concerns, responding sensitively and appropriately to issues, incidents, and disclosures.
  • Supporting delegates with reasonable adjustments, accessibility requirements, and personal circumstances to ensure equal participation.
  • Assessing and escalating welfare risks, ensuring concerns are managed in line with safeguarding, health and safety, and wellbeing policies.
  • Delivering wellbeing-focused presentations and guidance to raise awareness of available support services.
  • Working closely with HR, Health & Wellbeing teams, line managers, and supervisors to deliver a coordinated approach to delegate welfare.
  • Capturing feedback and identifying trends to help improve welfare practices, guidance, and support services.
