- Key Responsibilities
- Manage lift and electrical compliance contracts, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and health & safety requirements are met.
- Monitor contractor performance through audits, inspections, KPI reviews, and compliance reporting.
- Lead the delivery of lift and electrical planned maintenance, major works, and capital projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare specifications, tender documentation, procurement exercises, and oversee consultants and contractors.
- Conduct pre- and post-inspections to ensure works are completed to the required quality, budget, and timescales.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, asset data, and performance information systems.
- Build effective relationships with residents, leaseholders, contractors, and key stakeholders, addressing enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Provide technical advice on lift, electrical, engineering, compliance, and asset management matters.
- Support CDM 2015 compliance, leasehold consultation (Section 20), and major works statutory requirements.
- Manage budgets, expenditure, cash flow forecasts, and performance reporting, ensuring value for money and continuous service improvement.
