Life Sciences Regulatory Affairs Associate

We are seeking a Life Sciences Regulatory Affairs Associate to support our scientific, medical affairs and regulatory compliance services.

The successful candidate will review scientific and medical materials, prepare regulatory and quality documentation, conduct desk-based research into UK life sciences requirements, and maintain accurate document-control and approval records.

The role will also involve monitoring relevant regulatory and industry developments, preparing technical reports, supporting client projects, and coordinating documentation with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Reviewing scientific and medical content for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Preparing compliance reports, regulatory summaries and technical documentation.
  • Supporting document approval, tracking, version control and archiving processes.
  • Conducting scientific literature reviews and regulatory research.
  • Monitoring relevant MHRA guidance, the ABPI Code and industry requirements.
  • Maintaining audit-ready records and quality-assurance documentation.
  • Coordinating with clients, scientific professionals and commercial stakeholders.
  • Analysing project information and presenting clear, evidence-based findings.
  • Supporting medical affairs projects, professional events and scientific communications.
