Key Duties
- Supervise day-to-day civils activities including structures, earthworks, drainage, and general construction tasks
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials to ensure works progress safely and efficiently
- Support the delivery of planned works in line with programme requirements
- Assist with daily briefings, task allocations, and on-site coordination
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and adherence to specifications
- Maintain communication with site management, engineers, and other supervisors
- Provide cover across multiple work fronts when team members are absent
