About the role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll lead internal audits across your regional portfolio, ensuring our services consistently deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care aligned with CQC, CIW and CIS standards.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to identify risks, drive improvements and embed best practice throughout our organisation.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Leading quarterly quality assurance audits across a variety of care settings
  • Carrying out in-depth “case tracking” to ensure care delivery aligns with individual needs
  • Producing clear, insightful reports with actionable recommendations
  • Delivering feedback sessions with Service and Operations Managers
  • Supporting services with action planning and improvement strategies
  • Monitoring risk, compliance and regulatory performance data
  • Leading on interventions where services require additional support
  • Contributing to digital transformation and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • What we’re looking for

We want someone who is confident, analytical and passionate about delivering high standards of care.

  • Experience in health or social care (e. g. Registered Manager or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards
  • Experience in auditing, compliance or inspection roles
  • Ability to analyse complex data and drive improvement plans
  • Knowledge of quality systems (e. g. Datix, Radar Healthcare or similar)
  • Experience in root cause analysis and service improvement
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

A leadership or management qualification in health and social care is desirable.
