The Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Liaison and Diversion Practitioner in the L&D Team across Lancashire and South Cumbria. You will undertake triages, assess vulnerabilities, and link people to appropriate health and social care services within criminal justice and community settings.

The role requires Level 3 (full) vetting from Lancashire Constabulary and offers the chance to work across Police Custody Suites, Courts, and community engagement initiatives.
