Plumpton College is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable LandPro Training Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support learners and industry professionals in developing practical skills and technical knowledge within the land-based sector. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training, assess learner progress, and help ensure that programmes meet industry needs and awarding body requirements. Key responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions across LandPro programmes
  • Support learners to develop practical and theoretical skills
  • Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement

  • Ensure training is delivered in line with health and safety requirements
