3. THE 48-HOUR ONBOARDING ROADMAP
To hit our 48-hour start target, we follow this mission assignment
- STEP 1: THE KICK-OFF You provide the details for two professional referees (including your most recent employer) at the point of application.
- STEP 2: THE COMPLIANCE CHECK You must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. This allows us to verify your status instantly.
- STEP 3: THE REFERENCE CHASE We reach out to your referees immediately. Once they respond and your file is complete, you are officially "Nexter Verified."
- STEP 4: THE FIRST SHIFT You’re on-site in a top-tier nursery setting, doing what you do best. Mission accomplished.
