A L2/3 Early Years Practitioner is needed in a sought-after Montessori nursery located in Walthamstow, East London.
Schedule: Flexitime, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement activities that stimulate children's development
Create a safe and supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
Provide leadership and guidance to support the team
Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting
Experience:
Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Strong drive and enthusiasm for working with children
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or relevant field
Skills:
Knowledge of nursery practices and child development
Leadership abilities to guide and motivate staff
Strong organizational skills to manage daily activities effectively
Experience in caring for and engaging with children
