£13.10 - £14.10ph dependent on experience and qualifications
Permanent contract. Part time 16 hours pw. 9am - 5pm 2 days a week across Monday - Sunday.

You'll help us make health happen by:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
- Taking responsibility for managing new enquiries
- Providing advice and support both face to face and over the phone
- Conducting show-arounds within the care home
- Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
- Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Experience as a Receptionist with excellent customer service skills
- Friendly manner both face to face and over the phone
- Approachable and organised with the ability to build strong relationships
- Dedicated and efficient with an ability to handle a varied workload
- Caring attitude that underpins everything you do
