We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a growing team within Nuclear Power Programmes.
Based in London and supporting projects across the UK EPR fleet, this role is ideal for someone experienced in multi-stakeholder environments who wants to contribute to achieving Net Zero and improving energy security.

Responsibilities
- Support implementation and governance of the HPC‑SZC Collaboration Agreement
- Facilitate data, knowledge, and best practice sharing between projects
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across the fleet
- Contribute to legacy learning and replication strategies to improve safety, schedule, and costs
- Develop, monitor, and report on collaboration KPIs
- Track and manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and governance frameworks
- Build strong relationships across HPC, SZC, and corporate teams
- Act as a key link between projects, promoting collaboration and organisational learning
- Support communications, reporting, and governance activities
- Must-have Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
- Proven experience delivering projects in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Strong track record managing cross‑functional teams and priorities
- Experience in governance, planning, reporting, risk and issue management
- Skilled in supporting senior leadership decision‑making
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
- Ability to prepare high‑quality reports and senior leadership briefings
- Nice-to-have Skills
- Background in infrastructure, construction, energy, or nuclear sectors
- Familiarity with risk, issue, and dependency management processes
- Experience driving collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives
