Sous Chef required for this busy Country pub located in a village close to Leighton Buzzard serving tasty pub food. Using local suppliers where possible, the Head Chef has created a popular menu of seasonal pub classics.

Sous Chef required to work alongside the Head Chef assisting with the daily running of the kitchen, helping to organise daily prep between the team and cooking during service.

This property is part of a small independent group so there may be opportunities for promotion to Head Chef at this or one of their other pubs in the future.

Onsite live-in is available if required above the pub, alternatively applicants will need to live in the Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley, Houghton Regis, Dunstable or possibly Aylesbury area.

Base salary from £36,000 (depending upon experience). Position is paid hourly so you will be paid for every hour you work. Share of staff tips, live-in available, meals on duty.
